Mark Ragan
Mark Ragan is a senior fellow with the Rockefeller Institute, where he focuses on implementation of human services programs at the local level. Mark was previously a senior manager with the Federal Administration for Children and Families. There, he was responsible for federal funding and policy for state information systems for such programs as child support enforcement and child welfare. He previously directed policy and operations for federal child care programs, the Job Opportunity and Basic Skills Training program, and directed policy for the Aid to Families with Dependent Children program. Mark holds a Masters of Administrative Science degree from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
