Speakers at this forum discussed the potential impacts of federal health reform on state and local governments. Rodat discussed the potential impact of health reform proposals on Albany County. He followed presentations by Timothy J. Hoff, an associate professor at the University at Albany's School of Public Health, on congressional health reform proposals, and Wendy Saunders, who represented New York State's position on various aspects of those proposals.
