The Rockefeller Institute of Government, in conjunction with the Government Law Center of Albany Law School, returned to the topic of the collective bargaining rights of public employees and the cost of employee compensation with a debate between former legislators John Faso and Richard Brodsky. In this video, Abraham Lackman, former secretary of the Senate Finance Committee and currently Clarence D. Rappleyea Government Scholar in Residence at Albany Law School, introduces the speakers and asks for opening statements.
