The Rockefeller Institute of Government, in conjunction with the Government Law Center of Albany Law School, returned to the topic of the collective bargaining rights of public employees and the cost of employee compensation with a debate between former legislators John Faso and Richard Brodsky. In this video, which followed opening statements by Faso and Brodsky, Abraham Lackman of Albany Law School led the speakers in debate.
