Speakers at May 21st Rockefeller Institute Forum to Discuss Private Health Insurance for High-Risk, High-Cost Populations

Primary Speaker Will be Katherine Swartz, of Harvard School of Public Health

Albany, N.Y. — The Rockefeller Institute of Government will hold a Public Policy Forum on Thursday, May 21, to discuss mitigating the effects of high-risk, high-cost populations in the private health insurance market.

The primary speaker will be Katherine Swartz, professor of Health Economics and Policy in Harvard School of Public Health’s Department of Health Policy and Management.

The three respondents will be: Eileen Hayes and Troy Oechsner of the New York State Insurance Department, and Jay Laudato of the New York State Health Department.
